A-Companion Services: Bright Healthcare Services, LLC. provides Companion Services and Supports that follow government regulations and provide non-medical assistance and supervision to people in achieving their goals, desires, and needs as identified in their Individual Support Plan (ISP) and reflected in the Person-Centered Thinking and Discovery tools. Personal safety, independence, community integration, and retirement are Companion Services goals. Home or community-based supports are available. B-Community Living Group Home: Bright Healthcare Services, llc (BHS) Community Living Group Home helps person-supported learn skills to optimize independence in everyday living and community life. We provide habilitation, personal care, nursing, and residential supports. These services offer residents choice of living arrangements, personal care, nursing, community engagement, and transportation. Nursing services are part of a person's comprehensive plan of care (HCMP) with their primary care physician and support medical and preventative care for significant or persistent health concerns. Health exams, treatment, health-related training, and education for service recipients are provided (DSP). Other therapies are identified and administered by nurses. The home's activities promote independence, self-advocacy, and community inclusion through teaching independent living, personal care, social interactions, dining skills, domestic care, and choice and decision-making. |
Residential ServicesWe provide safe and luxurious homes and apartments which are well furnished and personalized to suit each person.
A- Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF/IDD): BHS, LLC has provided efficient Residential Habilitation services in various home-like settings for years in Virginia. These services offer residents choice of living arrangements, personal care, nursing, community engagement, and transportation. The services plan includes psychiatric, psychological, social, occupational and physical therapy, speech, hearing and language therapy, nutrition services, and skilled nursing. Consulting therapists and qualified Direct Support Professionals provide these services (DSP). The home's activities promote independence, self-advocacy, and community inclusion through teaching independent living, personal care, social interactions, dining skills, domestic care, and choice and decision-making. Nursing services are part of a person's comprehensive plan of care (HCMP) with their primary care physician and support medical and preventative care for significant or persistent health concerns. Health exams, treatment, health-related training, and education for service recipients are provided (DSP). Other therapies are identified and administered by nurses. BHS, LLC qualified intellectual disabilities professionals and management personnel support and maintained all houses and cars, implement each person's plan, and tailor services and supports to their requirements. QIDPs supervise each person's care plan, skill development, and quarterly reports. |
Supported Living with TransportationWe also provide opportunities for people who are seeking to live more independent lives.
A- Supported Living: BHS, LLC Supported Living provides person-supported with a variety of specialized supports offered in a unique manner to people living in their homes, with whom and where they wish to live. Supported Living services let the individual to live in a home of their choice and have full access to the community, including possibilities to work in competitive integrated settings, engage in communal life, control personal resources, and receive community services. B- Personal Supports: BHS's Personal Supports are tailored to the participant's needs to promote independence in their home and community. BHS Personal Supports help individuals gain independence-enhancing skills. Personal Support services teach budgeting, money management, homework, cooking, personal care, housekeeping, and laundry in the home. C- Transportation: In response to the requirements that were uncovered through a Person-Centered Plan, has developed transportation services that are especially geared toward enhancing a person's capability of participating in community events that are located inside their local community. |
